KWJ may treat any failure to make timely payments as a cancellation by the guest and may cancel the reservation without further notice.

Prices are quoted in U.S. dollars unless stated otherwise. KWJ may pass through increases in taxes, government fees, fuel surcharges, exchange-rate fluctuations, supplier price increases, or similar costs, provided KWJ gives reasonable notice when practicable.
