This Guest Terms and Conditions (the "Agreement") governs participation in any tour, trip, excursion,
tasting, class, or other travel experience (collectively, the "Tour") organized or sold by Kosher Wine
Journeys LLC ("KWJ," "we," "us," or "our"). By booking or participating in a Tour, the guest (and each member
of the guest's party) agrees to be bound by this Agreement.
1. Reservations; Deposits; Payments
A deposit of $2,500 per person is required at the time of booking. Final payment is due no later than ninety
(90) days prior to departure. For bookings made within ninety (90) days of departure, full payment is due at
the time of booking. KWJ may treat any failure to make timely payments as a cancellation by the guest and may
cancel the reservation without further notice.
Prices are quoted in U.S. dollars unless stated otherwise. KWJ may pass through increases in taxes,
government fees, fuel surcharges, exchange-rate fluctuations, supplier price increases, or similar costs,
provided KWJ gives reasonable notice when practicable.
Credit card payments: Guest authorizes KWJ to charge the card on file for amounts due under this Agreement,
including any approved change fees, supplier penalties, or damage charges assessed by suppliers and
attributable to guest. Guest agrees not to initiate chargebacks for amounts properly due under this Agreement.
